GENERAL RETURN POLICY
AG Jeans Outlet purchases may be returned for exchange or store credit if initiated within 30 days of receiving your order unless they are labeled FINAL SALE*. Items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached. Please note that refunds are not available for merchandise purchased through AG Jeans Outlet.
In certain instances, including when merchandise is returned due to a rare defect, we may, at our discretion, accept merchandise returned after the 30-day return period. Such returns will only be accepted for store credit. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days from when your items have been received at our facility.
To process a return for an exchange or store credit please contact our customer service team by clicking here and filling out a request form within 30 days from purchase date. Include order/receipt number. We do not provide return shipping labels so we ask that you ship the item back to us using any carrier of your choice. Remember to keep your tracking information to know when the order is received. The Company has the sole discretion in determining eligibility for exchange or store credit.

Merchandise discounted 70% or more from the original retail price is Final Sale. All promotional sale items labeled as “Final Sale” are FINAL, no exchanges or returns. Final Sale Promo prices are subject to change at any time during the Redemption Period. During the Redemption Period, discount will occur online and in AG Jeans Outlet Stores automatically during checkout. Final Sale Promo discounts will only apply to merchandise retail price(s) before taxes and any applicable shipping charges. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Quantities are limited, no rainchecks. Final Sale Promo may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion at time of redemption.
